On May 4, 2019, BCE provided audiovisual coverage of the Funeral of HRH Grand Duke Jean. The procession as well as the Pontifical Mass of Thanksgiving in the Cathedral of Our Lady of Luxembourg was broadcasted live in the city, on TV and on Internet.

The ceremony was broadcasted live in the city through a large screen with sound system on Place d’Armes, on television with RTL Télé Letzebuerg through BCE’s multiplayout platform and on Internet thanks to BCE/Freecaster live streaming platform.
